- Chicken breasts – 400–450 g (about 0.9–1 lb)
- Lemon – 1
- Garlic – 1 whole head
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Fresh rosemary – to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying – about 10 ml (2–3 tsp)

Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and place them in a deep bowl. Finely chop the garlic.

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, the chopped garlic, and minced rosemary to taste.

Drizzle the chicken with lemon juice and vegetable oil.

Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for about 25 minutes at 250°C (480°F).
