- Cauliflower – 70 g
- Fresh broccoli – 70 g
- Frozen green peas – 30 g
- Quinoa – 120 g
- Water – 150 ml
- Milk – 50 ml
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Garlic powder – a pinch
- Dried oregano – a pinch

Step 1. Season the quinoa
Mix the quinoa with the peas, then add oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Step 2. Cook the quinoa in the microwave
Pour in the water and milk, and cook in the microwave for about 6–7 minutes.

Step 3. Let the quinoa rest
After cooking, cover the dish with the quinoa and peas and let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4. Prep the veggies
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.

Step 5. Grill the veggies
Place the veggies in a microwave‑safe dish, season with salt, and drizzle with a little vegetable oil. Grill in the microwave on the grill setting for 2–3 minutes.

Step 6. Mix everything together
Combine the cooked veggies with the quinoa and mix well.
